What is happening in Bel Air Park specifically as pertains to a comparison between the final results/differences in 2013 vs. 2014?
Starting in mid 2013, there was a great deal of attention in the media about the lack of inventory and that situation, while it eased up a little midyear, 2014, was very obvious in Bel Air Park. The amount of homes sold in the community in 2014 was exactly 50% of what was sold in 2013 with 6 homes being sold in 2013, vs. 3 in ’14! Currently there are two homes available for sale, nothing in escrow, nor any active lease listings. Please let me know how I might assist you with your real estate needs.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Have a Great Year!
