Bel Air Crest is comprised of two residential sections – the Canyon Homes and Custom Homes.

Bel Air Crest Canyon Homes

The Canyon Homes section, located in the northern portion against the Santa Monica Mountains, features six different floor plans, ranging between approximately 2,452 to 4,900 sq. feet. Depending on location, the Canyon Homes, offer views of beautiful canyons that meander southward toward the city. The average lot size is 8,000 sq. ft, with no side-yard setbacks.

Bel Air Crest Custom Homes

The Custom Home section in the southern portion of Bel Air Crest, features 6,000 to 20,000 sq. ft.-sized homes on 16,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 square foot.-sized lots. Some of these magnificent homes feature tennis courts and most have swimming pools. Many have magnificent ocean and canyon views.

Bel Air Crest an Active Community

Bel Air Crest is almost a city unto itself – this is an active community that features the semi-annual Bel Air Crest barbeque, and other activities throughout the year.

There are primarily six floor plans of the Canyon Homes in Bel Air Crest. They range in size from 2,452 square feet to 4,900 square feet. Because of its proximity to the Getty Center, the floor plans/homes are named after various museums throughout the world. From the smallest to the largest they are the Louvre, Getty, Hermitage, Tate/Prado, Metropolitan, and the Romani. The Tate floor plan was discontinued and replaced with the Prado (a copy of which is not here).
