From the get-go, my first call to Carole, she was very knowledgeable about our community and the prices homes were selling for. She spent a large part of an afternoon with my husband and me, getting to know us and what we expected in the way of price asked, willingness to come down in a reasonable amount of time, etc. She also got the sense immediately that the idea of selling and moving into a senior community was my idea to begin with and that she needed to “handle” my husband differently than me.
