Pacific Palisades
Pacific Palisades blends into the mountains and canyons adjacent to Santa Monica to the south. Pacific Palisades has a strong sense of community and a quaint, small-town feel as you ride on its main thoroughfare, Sunset Boulevard, which stretches from downtown Los Angeles all the way to the Pacific.
It is a part of the City of Los Angeles and has approximately 27,000 residents who reside in a variety of neighborhoods — from starter homes to luxury estates to condominiums and apartments. The community has been blessed with large parklands — including the world-famous Will Rogers State Park — and residents have easy access to nearby hiking trails in the Santa Monica Mountains. Every Fourth of July, residents stage their traditional hometown parade and 5K and 10K run. Its theme is “Where the Mountains Meet the Sea”.
