As usual, there was no real estate activity on the street this past quarter, but year over year, how did it stack up between 2013 and 2014?
There were 5 closed escrows in 2013, and only 1 in the entire year of 2104! With the projected strength in the overall economy this coming year, it will be interesting to see the impact on any real estate activity on the street this year.
