As is usual, the community had a stellar 4th quarter last year with 6 sales, 4 of which were private sales (properties not listed on the mls).
Currently there are 5 properties listed for sale, and 2 in escrow. For the 4th quarter in 2013, there were 5 homes listed for sale, 2 in escrow, and 7 closed escrows (again 2 private sales).
