Moraga Estates, exclusive gated community

A 24-hour, gate-guarded community at the end of Moraga Drive, this exclusive area was partly developed from the estate of famous filmmaker Howard Keck.

This lovely community, tucked away in a canyon across from the Getty, was primarily developed in the late 1980s. The majority of the 33 homes are two- and three-story Mediterranean style, located on large lots — 1/2 acre plus –and some with tennis courts and most with pools.
