From a real estate perspective, what is happening in Mountaingate and how it is different from the 1st quarter of last year?
Currently there are 6 homes available for sale vs. 4 last year, and each year brought/brings 4 homes in escrow, with 5 closed escrows this past quarter vs. 4 last year. There are 4 homes available for lease and last year we had but 1, and this year 1 was leased vs. 2 last year. I am sure that you like me are hoping the gas company who is working on the lines for the automatic meters, as well as the crews doing the very important brush clearance are finished soon and that the āinfamous Sepulveda Passā area returns to its almost great self again!
