From a real estate perspective, it has been a busy year “on the hill”!
If you look at the volume of sale activity year over year comparing 2014 and 2015, you will see that basically the number of sales has been about even. In 2014 there were 17 sales, 5 of which were private, and in 2015 there were 16 sales, none of which were private. For the 4th quarter of 2014 there were 5 homes available for sale vs. 6 available currently. There were two homes in escrow the last quarter of 2014, vs. 4 currently, and as for closed escrow, there were 6 in 2014, vs. three this past quarter (two of which closed escrow this past week).
