I don’t know about you, but I am thrilled that we can see the end in sight for the 405 construction project. They are in the process of re-stripping the lanes on the 405 and surface streets, and doing the landscaping. The project finish is early fall.
What is happening in a Real Estate perspective in Mountaingate and how does it compare to the activity level for the 2nd quarter in 2013? Currently there is 1 home for sale vs. 7 last year. Converssly, there are 4 homes in escrow, including one that has been on and off of the market for about 5 years! Last year there were 2 and we had 5 closed escrows this vs. 4 last year, 3 homes available for lease and 4 homes have been leased, vs. 1 last year.
