What is happening in Bel Air Crest specifically?
We currently have five homes for sale, one Canyon and four Custom homes. There are five homes in escrow, two Canyon and three Custom, one of which was not listed. Two escrows closed this last quarter, one Canyon and one Custom. We also have two homes available for lease, again, one Canyon and one Custom; there was one Canyon home that was leased (in multiple offers!). At the same time period last year there were nine homes for sale, only one of which was a Canyon home, and three Canyon homes were in escrow, and we also have three closed escrows, one Canyon & two Customs. Overall the increased sales and prices bode well for our lovely Community! I just need more inventory, the buyers are certainly there.. Call me!
