How is Bel Air Crest doing specifically?

First of all kudos to the crew involved with the new and improved Children’s Playground!!! If you haven’t been up there yet to see it, please do yourself a favor and please do so…everyone loves it. We have kids that are there from dusk to dawn. It is so joyous to see all of those happy faces!

From a real estate perspective, we are suffering from the same aliment that the rest of the area, not enough good/well priced inventory! The homes that are coming on the market for sale or lease that are well priced are “flying out the door”, generally with multiple offers in just days, and those that are overpriced, even with everyone that wants to live in our fabulous community are just sitting there.

How do we compare to the first quarter of 2014 real estate sales? We currently have 1 Canyon home for sale and 4 Custom homes for sale. This time last year, there were 4 Custom homes and 1 Custom lot for sale. We currently have no open escrows vs. two last year (1 Canyon & 1 Custom). As for closed escrows, 2 Custom homes closed escrow this past quarter, vs. five last year (1 Canyon & 4 Custom).
