The hills of Westwood Hills have been alive with the sound of real estate activity this past quarter.
It is much more than it was for the same quarter last year. Currently, there are 6 homes available for sale, vs. 5 last year. There are 2 homes in escrow, vs. 3 last year, but the BIG difference is in the number of closed escrows, with 9 this past quarter, vs. 4 last year! Currently there are 3 homes available for lease vs one last year, and two homes were leased this past quarter, with only one last year. Truly an excellent year for the community.
