The community has had a stellar year in real estate activity this past year. This past quarter there were 5 closed escrows vs. 7 in the 4th quarter in 2013. Year over year, the real estate activity was fairly close with 16 closed escrows in 2014 vs. 13 in 2013. By the way, for all of the other areas I report on, Westwood Hills takes the prize with more transactions in ’14 than ’13! That is very exciting!
