Here’s what’s happening in our neck of the woods – Bel Air Crest.
Overall the community has done very well this past year, in spite of the construction on the 405! For the last quarter, there is currently 1 Canyon home for sale, 1 Custom lot and 4 Custom homes for sale, 1 Custom home in escrow, 5 closed escrows (1 custom home & 4 canyon homes) and (one from each community) available for lease. For the same time period last year there were 2 Canyon homes for sale, 6 Custom homes for sale, there were none in escrow and 4 closed escrows, two Canyon and Customs. Year over year, we fared much better this year…. There were 11 Canyon homes that closed escrow this year, and 4 Custom homes, vs. 5 Canyon and 6 Custom last year. With the gentle aging of the community we are starting to see more remodeling/renovating in both parts of the community (I am among that group as I am redoing my master bath and doing some work in my garden).
