What specifically is happening in Bel Air Park?
We are being told that the closures of the 405 and/or Sepulveda at our front door should be over in the next 4 -5 weeks. YEA!!!! The timing with the full force of the spring home buying season, and should make life interesting for all of us! Sometimes the more things change, the more they stay the same. Basically the listing/sale information for the community is the same for the past quarter as it was the first quarter of 2013. There are two homes listed for sale, as there where the first quarter of last year. No homes are in escrow, now or then. Each year had one home that closed escrow the first quarter of the year. There is 1 home available for lease. The only difference is that there was one home that was leased this past quarter vs. nothing last year. There are some rumblings of other activity across the board, but until any formal action is taken one way or the other, this is the “official” news as of today.
