Mountaingate is a hot bed of real estate activity today Not only are there a number of homes for sale today, but there have been a good number of sales as well. Currently there are 9 homes available for sale, vs. 7 last year. There is 1 home in escrow, and 7 homes closed escrow, (3 of which were private sales) this past quarter, with the same number of closed escrows last year, and again there was 1 private sale. Each year brought 2 homes available for lease and 1 leased in each year. In marketing my listings in the community, I am finding an ever-growing desire for people to live in the community, which is really great!
