Fortunately, the Mandeville Fire from Memorial Day was contained fairly quickly and without any damage done to any structures in either Mandeville Canyon nor Moumtainate. Once again, Mountaingate remains one of the stars as pertains to real estate activity. While this past quarter has been lighter in terms of sales, there are a fair number of listings. Currently, there are 8 homes available for sale, some in some healthy numbers which would be great for the community if they happen. Last year at this time, 3 homes available last year. Currently there are no homes in escrow, vs. 2 last year. Last year there were 8 closed escrows, vs. 1 this year. As for leases, currently there are 2 homes available for lease with 1 leased, and last year there were 3 available and 1 leased.
