For a community, the size of Moraga Place, there has been the usual light activity this past year.
There is one home that has been on and off the market both for sale and for lease. It is currently on the market again for sale. Let’s look to see how year over year, the activity in the community has fared as compared to that of 2015. In 2016, there were two homes listed for sale, and 1 lease vs. in 2015 there were also 2 homes listed for sale, 1 closed escrow and 2 homes were leased.
