Moraga Place is such a special place (pardon the pun!), but being the small community that it is, it is unrealistic to expect a great deal of changes in the amount of real estate activity one sees from year to year, let alone from quarter to quarter. The number of homes available for sale is the same as it was for the 3rd quarter last year (different houses, but the quantity is the same), and that number is 2. There are and were no homes in escrow, nor any closed escrow in either quarter for that matter. Two homes are available for lease, as it was last year as well, in fact one of the homes was available both years, and there were no homes leased either year.
I get asked a lot about putting your home on the market during the holidays, and I must tell you that is one of the best times to put your home on the market, think about how pretty it looks all dressed up for the holidays.. It evokes such a warm, fuzzy feeling when the buyers come in.
