This past quarter has seen slightly more activity than the community has seen in a while.
For the second quarter of 2016, there are currently 2 homes available for sale which is the same amount as last year for the same time period. Currently there are no open escrows, which is the same as in ’15. 1 home closed escrow this past quarter, vs. none last year, and there is currently 1 home available for lease as well as one that was leased.
