I am sure that you are as thrilled as I am about the very close projected finish to the 405 project. They are telling us that they should be out āof our hairā by early fall. YEA!
What is happening in Moraga Place as pertains to Real Estate, and how does it compare to the same time period last year? Basically there are very few changes from this year to last. Currently there is 1 home available for sale as well as one in escrow, and no closed escrows nor any homes available for lease or leased. Last year, there was no real estate activity in the 2nd quarter in the community.
