From a real estate perspective, how does the street look, particularly in comparison to the same period of time last year?
Basically it is almost the same. For both years, there were/are no active listings or homes in escrow. There was one closed escrow this past quarter, with none last year and again as pertains to leases, there are no homes available or lease nor any that were leased this past quarter. Given the size of your so very special street, this amount of activity is not abnormal.
