Moraga Drive 3rd Quarterly Update 2016

As far as real estate activity is concerned, Moraga Drive continues to be its quiet and lovely self. You will see from the enclosed sheets for this past quarter vs. the same period of time last year the only different is that there was 1 closed escrow last year, vs. no activity at all this year. Given the general lack of inventory and the size of the street, this is not surprising.
