What is going on in the Lower Casiano Area from a real estate perspective?
All I can tell you is “this joint is jumping”! Currently there are 7 homes available for sale, vs. 4 for the 3rd quarter of last year. Neither year had any homes in escrow, and there were 3 homes that closed escrow this past quarter, vs. 2 last year. Both years showed the same activity as pertains to homes available for lease and/or leased, which is none. Obviously the Lower Casiano Area is not in the same position of other parts of the city which is lacking for inventory to sell. Here buyers have multiple choices from which to choose.
