From a real estate perspective, the Lower Casiano Area community has been fairly active this past quarter. Currently there are 4 homes available for sale, vs. 6 last year. Both years had 1 home in escrow, and there was 1 closed escrow this time last year, and 1 this year. Each year brought no homes available for lease or leased.
