Real estate activity in the Lower Casiano Area has been most active this past quarter.
Currently there are 6 homes available for sale, vs. 3 last year. Each year had the same number of homes in escrow (1), and there was 1 closed escrow this past quarter, vs. 2 last year. As for leases, the numbers are the same for both years, nothing available for lease, nor nothing leased either. So much for low inventory!
