You must be as glad as I am to see that they are coming down to the end of the wire on the construction project of the 405, the surface streets and the landscaping project. The word on the street is that they will be finished by early fall.
So what is happening in the Lower Casiano area as pertains to Real Estate? Basically, it is not that much different from the 2nd quarter last year. Currently there is 1 home for sale, another one that closed escrow; none in escrow and nothing available for lease or that has been leased. Last year for the 2nd quarter, there was 1 home for sale, no escrows either pending or closed and noting for lease. Please let me know how I might assist you with your real estate needs.
