From a real estate perspective, how does the first quarter of 2016 in the Lower Casiano Area stack up against the first quarter of 2015?
Basically, there is not an enormous different between the two years: currently there are 4 homes for sale, vs. 5 last year, last year there was 1 home in escrow, with none this year, each year brought 1 closed escrow. There are/were no homes available for lease nor were any leased the first quarter of either year. This year should prove to be very interesting.
