As has been its pattern of late, things are popping in Brentwood Circle.

There are 5 homes in escrow now, with none last year, there was 1 closed escrow this past quarter, and none last year. With the exception of the one house that was leased this past quarter, there is no change from last year to this, with none being offered for lease nor leased.
