How in Brentwood Circle doing specifically?
There definitely is more activity in the community this past quarter than there was for the same time period last year. Currently there are 3 homes for sale vs. 1 last year, 1 home is in escrow vs. none last year. From there on out the numbers are basically the same with no closed escrows either year and 1 home available for lease vs. none last year and no leased homes either year. There has however been one big change, one of the homes available for sale was previously listed for $6,500,000 and is currently listed for $4,995,000. A very large price reduction!
