From a real estate perspective how is Brentwood Circle doing this year vs. last year?
Basically it is pretty much the same. There were/are three homes available for sale each year, with none in escrow, and no closed escrows the first quarter of each year. The same stats hold true for homes available for lease and those that were leased. As you well know, there is an enormous amount of construction taking place in the neighborhood, all of which bodes well for values, but for now, when you try to drive around it feels like one is taking part in the demolition derby!. I believe this will be an interesting year in real estate.
