As you have seen the stats I share with you in the Schiffer Line, real estate activity in Brentwood has been solid and this past quarter is a good demonstration of that! Last year at this time, there were 9 properties for sale, one of which was land. Currently there are 2 homes for sale, and another lot (a different one). There is 1 home in escrow, vs. 3 at this time last year, and 5 homes recently closed escrow vs. 3 last year. This year there is 1 home available for lease with 4 having been leased, and last year there was only 1available for lease and 2 that had been leased.
