So what is happening in your part of Brentwood which for the purposes of my reporting range from the border of Brentwood Circle, west to Bundy Drive, all North of Sunset, and how does the real estate activity from this past quarter compare to the 3rd quarter of ’14? Currently there are three homes for sale, vs. just 1 last year. Three homes are in escrow, and last year there was only 1. We had 4 closed escrows this past quarter with only 1 last year. Currently there are two homes available for lease compared to 1 last year, and 5 homes, all on Bundy Drive have been leased vs. 2 last year, also on Bundy Drive! You will see on the enclosed report there is one home with no square footage. That is because the home has been substantially remodeled, and the new square footage has not been recorded. The amount of activity in Brentwood goes against the norm with a lack of inventory available.
