How is your part of Brentwood doing specifically?
As always Brentwood seems to march to its own drum beat. In comparing the activity from the first quarter last year, it is with some minor variation basically on par with last year. Currently there are 4 homes for sale, vs. 5 last year. There is one home in escrow currently where as there were none last year, and this year we had 1 closed escrow vs. 2 last year. As for leases, currently there are 2 homes vs. 4 last year, and 1 home was recently leased vs. 2 last year.
