What is happening in Bel Air Park from a real estate perspective?
At this time last year, there were three homes for sale, and currently there is only one. There were two homes in escrow for the 3rd quarter last year and none at this time. The same number holds true for closed escrows last year, 1, vs. none this past quarter. So what does that tell us? Even though we are heading into the slower part of the year, the buyers are out there, looking to buy. They are sophisticated and knowledgeable about values, etc. If you are thinking about selling your home, please do give me a call.
