What is happening in Bel Air Park as pertains to Real Estate.
The same low inventory that is being experienced in other areas is also existent in Bel Air Park. In comparing the 2nd quarter of ’14 to ’13, we are looking at 1 home for sale now vs. 3 last year, none in escrow vs. 2 last year, the same number 2 as closed escrow, 3 homes for lease vs.2 last year, and 1 leased and none last year. As you will see from the enclosed report, both of the homes that sold this past quarter were private sales.
