From a real estate perspective, there was a great deal of activity in the community last year, which tapered off somewhat this past year.
In comparison, in 2014 there were 30 closed escrows, two of which were private sales, vs. 13 in 2015, one of which was a private sale. As a direct comparison between the 4th quarter for each year; currently there is one home listed for sale, which is the same as it was in 2014. Currently there are two homes in escrow (one of which has been in escrow since February of this year, and appears to be tied up in a short sale/foreclosure situation), vs. one last year, and the same number of homes closed escrow the 4th quarter of each – 5.
