How is Westwood Hills doing with this wild and crazy real estate market and economy we are in, particularly as compared to last year?
Currently there are 5 homes for sale which was the same for ’14. It is also the same for the number of homes in escrow for each year, 3. The big difference is in the number of closed escrows which is 4 this past quarter, vs. 9 last year. Currently there is one home available for lease, with none last year, and in each year, one home was leased. The lack of inventory which has been an issue for the last year or so doesn’t appear to be a problem, thus giving the buyers some interesting choices.
