How is Westwood Hills doing specifically?
Unfortunately I do not have all of the information available to compare the real estate activity from this past quarter to last year, but here is what I do have. Currently there are no homes available for sale , however there are 4 homes in escrow. This past quarter there was 1 closed escrow vs. 4 for the same time period last year. There is no current lease activity in the community. As we go forward, I am working on getting the information to be able to give you those comparisons from one year to the last.
