Westwood
Its most notable resident, of course, is the University of California–Los Angles (UCLA). Once the back lot for 20th Century Fox, this 176-acre area is the home to approximately 6,000 residents who reside in beautiful, high-rise condominium towers along it s broad thoroughfares. Holmby Hills
This rarified, exclusive neighborhood sits adjacent to Westwood, Beverly Hills, and Bel Air and is rich in history, dating back to the original Spanish land grants in the early 1800s. Originally designed as an exclusive retreat for the really rich and famous, Holmby Hills has been the home to Walt Disney, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Jack Benny, Judy Garland, Lucille Ball, Marilyn Monroe, and Bing Crosby of years past. Today’s mega entertainment moguls continue to sustain the community’s tradition as “the highest income neighborhood in the United States”. . The famous Playboy Mansion is also located here.
