Despite the closures on Sepulveda, etc., from a real estate perspective 2013 has treated the street fairly with one house being sold in multiple offers, being fixed up and now is on the market again, and who can forget the magical sale of the Moraga Vineyards property?! The number of active listings can be somewhat deceiving in the there are some properties in that appear in more than one quarterly update, however that being said here are the differences between this past year and 2012. There was a total of 6 active listings this year, vs. 2 last year, and 5 closed escrows, vs. 3. For the past quarter, there is currently 1 home for sale, none in escrow, 3 closed escrow, and none for lease or has been leased. Last year at the same time, there was just 1 closed escrow.
