What specifically is happening on Moraga Drive?
We are being told that the closures of the 405 and/or Sepulveda at our front door should be over in the next 4 -5 weeks. The timing with the full force of the spring home buying season should make life interesting for all of us! Sometimes the more things change, the more they stay the same. Basically the listing/sale information for the community is the same for the past quarter as it was the first quarter of 2013. There are no homes listed for sale currently vs. one for the same time period last year. From that point out, everything else is the same. Each year found one home in escrow. Each year also had one closed escrow in the first quarter. There is nothing for lease, and none were leased either year. Please let me know how I might assist you with any of your real estate needs.
