WOW.. what a difference a year makes!
This time last year there were eight homes for sale in the community, now there are just two! As for escrows, the only escrow which will be a major event if that ever closes, is the home on City Vista, it was in escrow last year also, along with three other homes. This past quarter, there was a slight difference with four closed escrows vs. five last year. If they ever decide which on ramps to close (Getty vs. Skirball/Mulholland) on a regular basis that will be wonderful ( Lately, I have seen more illegal u turns on Sepulveda than I have seen in my entire life)! They say it will be the end of Oct when they are finished, I don’t know about you, but I am not holding my breath! I have also heard rumors of some type of activity taking place at the Castle & Cooke property, but want to check it out thoroughly before commenting on it.
