Interestingly enough, the stats for the community of Mountaingate for this past quarter are not significantly different from those of last year.
Currently there are 7 homes available for sale, vs. 9 last year. There are no open escrows, and this year brought us 7 closed escrows vs. 5 last year. Speaking of closed escrows, I want to address what you will see as a lower price for the home on Dean Circle than other homes of its same size, etc. This is a very lovely home with an extraordinary view, however, the sellers had modified the home to suit their needs and changed what had originally been a 5 bedroom/ 4.5 bathroom to a 3 bedroom/4.5 home, so needless to say any and all buyers had to factor into the price of the house the expense to bring it back to its original layout and utility.
