What is happening in Moraga Place specifically?
First of all, I hope I was able to help some of your family members that called me during the fire a few weeks ago for the number for the guard house or some other way to communicate with their family members who live in the community and could not be reached. I am sorry I could not give them more information, but am very happy that everyone is safe and sound, and please tell them that I now have the guard’s number and if ever we need it again, please do not hesitate to give me a call. I am always glad to help. Other then the opening and closing of the street on a regular basis with the construction, and the speed with which the construction is going along on the Bel Air Bar & Grill, in terms of real estate activity, there was more activity in the 3rd quarter of last year than this year. There were three homes for sale, this year non; last year, one closed escrow, one home for lease, and one home leased. This past quarter, there was no real estate activity at all.
