Your lovely community has been as always fairly constant in the real estate arena this past year.
Year over year 2015 as compared to 2014 has been a little quieter. Last year there was one closed escrow vs. none this past year. As far as a comparison of quarter by quarter is concerned, currently there are no homes available for lease, vs. none last year. There are also no homes available for sale, vs. none the last quarter of 2014 with none in escrow or closed escrow for that matter.
