For this past quarter there has been slightly more real estate activity then there was for the same time period last year. Currently there are three homes for sale, vs. one last year (you will please note that one of them is the same one as last year). There are/were no homes in escrow, and this past quarter one home closed escrow vs. none for the same time period last year. Even though we are heading into a traditional slower time for real estate, for the past two years it has been different and the buyers are out there looking for good, well priced homes to purchase.
