What are the real estate comings and goings in Moraga Place this past quarter vs. the 3rd quarter of last year?
There are two homes on the market for sale this year, vs. one last year. Basically everything else is the same with no open or closed escrows, two homes available for lease each year, and none having been leased for the same quarter each year. One of the homes available for lease is also for sale.
