From a real estate perspective, how is the lovely community of Moraga Place fairing in this interesting and sometimes frustrating real estate market, particularly as compared to the 3rd quarter of 2014?
Basically as they say “the more things change, the more they stay the same”. There is currently one home available for sale that was also available for sale last year, along with the other 2 that were also available last year. This home is also currently available for lease. At the moment there are no homes in escrow, as there were none last year, and there was one closed escrow last year, vs. none this past quarter. As just mentioned, there is only one home available for lease. Being the size community you are, and with the general low inventory we are experiencing everywhere, the amount of activity here is not that unusual.
